The delectable treats are inspired by the iconic golden-yellow pineapple bun, also known as Ba Lo Bao, a beloved favorite among locals. Meticulously crafted by the Artisan Lounge’s culinary team, the Mini Pineapple Cookies resembling a pineapple-like appearance with three exclusive flavors: the classic Pineapple, Black & White Sesame, and Mandarin Peel Red Bean paste, allowing customers to indulge their sweet tooth with a taste of exquisitely decorated and decadent souvenirs.

To echo the Pineapple Bun's craftsmanship, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to capture the essence of this beloved pastry. The cookie dough is expertly crafted to strike the perfect balance between flakiness and sweetness with dedicated filling options - the classic Pineapple filling features dried pineapples cooked down with sugar until a thick pulp forms, delightfully sandy and crumbly, and almost covers the entire surface for sufficient crunch in every bite.

For those who enjoy more savory flavors in their desserts, the Black and White Sesame filling utilizes the toasted sesame seeds for added texture and nuttiness.
