Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin continues its support for local businesses by partnering with the local fish farm Aqua Millenium in order to reduce the environmental impact by providing local seafood with a lower carbon footprint.
What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than by supporting local businesses and making an environmental impact? Cafe has specially selected batfish, white croaker, and pompano from Aqua Millenium for their lunch and dinner buffet menus, using different cooking methods and ingredient combinations to highlight the unique flavour of each fish.
