Yè shanghai

In honour of this special day, yè shanghai presents a premium Mother’s Day menu with a special price of HK$1,980 + 10% for four. Served exclusively between 6 and 8 May, the nine-course set dinner brings to the table some of the finest ingredients from land and sea.

It starts with king oyster mushrooms, sea cucumber with a mild chilli sauce, tea leaf smoked egg, and the double-boiled fish maw, matsutake and conch broth. It is followed by four main courses: stir-fried river shrimps, deep-fried sweet and sour fish, braised pork with abalone, and braised shredded bean curd with Jinhua ham, with crispy turnip cakes rounding out the menu.
