Get romantic at Harry’s Kitchen

Love is a journey they say. So for the perfect Valentine’s Day, nothing is more romantic than getting down and dirty in the kitchen with your special someone and making something sweet together.

From 2 January to 28 February, Harry’s Kitchen is offering the special “You BAKE Me Happy!” baking class hosted by five-star hotel confectionery chefs, where you’ll learn to make your favourite Valentine’s delight in a small class of three with strict sanitation measures, so it’s perfect for couples – or singles – with a sweet tooth.

From HK$780 up (couples attending together for an extra HK$200), you can choose from five celebrated sweet delicacies for the session:

“The Timeless Vow” (HK$980, 90 minutes), a set of three letter and heart-shaped sponge cakes that says “I ♡ U”.

“Love Bomb” (HK$780, 90 minutes), eight delicate, airy chocolate marshmallows that melt from the inside out.

“You Are My Macaron” (HK$780, 120 minutes), a range of six lavender-tinted, heart-shaped almond macaroons with a tangy cranberry filling.

“And I Am Your Bonbon” (HK$780, 90 minutes), a box of 16 strawberry-flavoured heart-shaped chocolate delights with some tinted in pink and white.

“Cocoa Memoir” (HK$780 per person, 90 minutes), an assemblage of coloured ladyfingers joined by fluffy chocolate sponge cakes.

On par with the Valentine’s special, regular classes are also offered on decorated cookies, cupcakes, doughnuts and cake-pops at HK$580, in addition to push-pops and six-inch birthday cakes at HK$680.

Members of NWC can enjoy discounted packages of 11, 19 or 23 classes on the recipes of 3D fondant cupcakes, gingerbread houses, Ferris wheels, party cakes and bombshell cakes, ranging from HK$4,980 (32% discount), HK$6,980 (46% discount) to HK$9,980 (56% discount, plus birthday party).
