Asaya Hong Kong continues its Wellcation series, this July, extending and expanding its curated selection of restorative-getaway experiences for individuals, couples, families and friends — with a dedicated focus on personal journeys to self-discovery. The Asaya Wellcation series began with one-day or one-night programming, and now builds on that programming with “Discover More”, the addition of workshops by visiting wellness specialists. Wellcations are also extended into focused two-night retreats to either “Connect”, “Activate” or “Rest”.

The Activate Wellcation at Asaya harnesses the expertise of Terry, our Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Practitioner, who will guide you to build strength and resilience.

It is fundamental to our health, our happiness and our success in everything from personal relationships to professional careers. Designed to provide much-needed respite from the demands and distractions of everyday life through a combination of meditation, massage, healthy eating and a one-on-one session with our Resident Practitioner Kit.
