The five-star hotel is offering a magnificent spread for Christmas and New Year with a delectable choice of cuisine to enjoy.
Presenting over 100 delicacies for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Café East is serving a multitude of delicious options to savour at their festive buffet (Price starts from HK$768 for adults and HK$448 for children). From the freshest seafood on ice to Christmas classics of roast turkey and an assortment of hot Asian dishes. Not forgetting dessert, decadence can be found in the yule log cake, Christmas pudding, a live dessert station and kids’ counter. The little ones will be excited to hear that Santa Claus is making an appearance on December 24 at dinner, as well as lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on December 25 and 26. To ring in the New Year, all children will also receive a small gift during dinner on December 31 to ensure 2022 starts off with a smile.
A wonderful Noël awaits at La Table French Brasserie on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The stylish restaurant is offering three and five-course menus on December 24 and 31 (lunch HK$428; dinner HK$1,088 per person) with a celebratory glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne per guest.
Start Christmas Eve with the likes of hamachi ceviche with caviar and Champagne jelly before delighting in slow-cooked turkey ballotine with cranberry and grilled Australian M5 Wagyu striploin and more. On New Year’s Eve, more French fare including pan-fried duck liver with coconut corn velouté and venison with girolle and asparagus will be served.
Relish in Japanese haute cuisine with an exquisite seven-course festive kaiseki dinner at Sagano. The dinners, available on December 24, 25 & 31 (HK$1,780 per person), feature delicate dishes such as Zuwai crab meat with sea urchin, seasonal sashimi, Wagyu shabu-shabu, and much more paired perfectly with a complimentary glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut NV Champagne. To celebrate in true Japanese tradition, guests can also sample a range of authentic Japanese New Year dishes on the first day of 2022 with the festive Osechi set lunch and Osechi set dinner (available January 1 to 3 -- lunch HK$780 per person; dinner HK$1,680 per person).

For those who love Cantonese cuisine, Tao Li is hosting a festive dinner on Christmas and New Year’s Eve filled with brilliantly flavourful dishes. From braised bird’s nest with diced seafood and Jinhua ham to Boston lobster with crispy rice and roast baby pigeon among others. The dinner is available on December 24, 25, 26 and 31 (HK$2,088 for two persons).
