K11 Kulture Academy Summer Masterclass

The end of summer is creeping up, but before we shift gears for the new season, make the most out of what’s left of the holidays with K11 KULTURE ACADEMY’s August masterclasses for all.

This month, our host of programmes are targeted towards creativity, fitness and indulgence. Mark your calendars for arts and crafts, outdoor skateboarding for kids, and immersive fragrance experiences for adults. Enjoy the rest of the season with these memorable summertime moments that will stay with you for months to come.

01 | All Hong Kong Skateboard Association (AHKSA) Presents Skate Culture Summer Camp

Develop skills on wheels with a four-week skateboarding workshop with AHKSA:

Learn how to skateboard with AHKSA qualified instructors at Sk85ive2 pop-up in Skatepark at 605 Exhibition Space at K11 MUSEA along the spectacular Victoria waterfront promenade

Develop skills in balancing, stances, and tricks while building confidence in riding

Understand skate culture and its growing popularity in Hong Kong

Build confidence and self-esteem and test perseverance

Courses are HK$1,920 inclusive of 4 lessons from 2 – 29 August (4 sessions per day, 4 students per session)

Participants who missed the first-week class can arrange make-up class separately

02 | A Venetian Masquerade: Arts & Crafts Mask Workshop

Travel in time and space to 12th Century Venice, and celebrate Italy’s masquerade carnival:

Discover the history and heritage of Italian masquerade and the fun, beautiful, extravagant masks in the Carnival of Venice that were used to hide social, age, and gender differences to revel in the streets as equals

Expand children’s creativity and design by creating a personalised Venetian mask
