Korean milk ice cream brand Baekmidang inherited the expertise and experience of manufacturing dairy products from its parent company Namyang Dairy Product Co. Ltd. founded in 1964.

Baekmidang is excited to present the TWIST ICE CREAM. The signature Organic Milk Ice Cream, is made with organic milk from the farm, twist with 81% Chocolate Ice Cream. The perfectly balance swirl is thoughtfully designed, making it an artpiece that impresses our visual and taste buds. Available at all stores from 10th April (Friday).

Do you think shooters B-52 are modern drinks? This layered shot was actually popular in the 1860s and Peter Fich from Canada was the creator of the B-52. The name of the shot is referred to the band B-52s in the 1950s. B-52 composes of coffee liqueur, Bailey’s Irish cream, and Grand Marnier. Liqueurs are added from the lowest density to the highest which create three photogenic and visible layers.

Inspired by the three-layered cocktail B-52, Beakmidang is excited to present creation of this new B-52 flavour dessert. Organic milk cream, pairing with B-52 recipe, has been enriched its classic taste. Available at K11 Musea flagship store and Peak store only from 17th April (Friday).
