Afternoon tea is an ultimate indulgence, but if you want your taste buds dancing this summer, Artisanal “Cha Chaan” will excite you much more than a British style high tea.

Janice Wong, two-time winner of “Asia’s Best Pastry Chef” at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants has designed a unique Hong Kong style afternoon tea set for a very first time.

Limited to 10 sets per day, Chef Janice crafts the Artisanal “Cha Chaan” with inspiration of local neighbourhood Shek Tong Tsui. This delectable creation melds different culinary styles, colors, textures, tastes, visuals and gives a modern interpretation of Hong Kong’s distinctive East-meets-West culture.

Artisanal “Cha Chaan” will be available every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 3pm to 5:30pm. Limited to 10 sets per day, each set is priced at
$508 for two persons.
