With a height of 3.5 feet, a Gothic-esque structure and a Steampunk style, the machine is aesthetically intricate masterpiece that no one can easily take off their eyes. The coffee produced is rounded, gentle in acidity, and has an intense fruit aroma that will remind you of whisky and is unique among different types of coffee.

Artisan Room is also the only place in Hong Kong that you can enjoy Costadoro Coffee, a time-honoured Italian coffee brand established in 1890 and famous for its evenly roasted beans. The perfection is archived by a 20-minute slow roast process as opposed to 6 to 7 minutes roast in usual roasting process, and at a low temperature at 210°C to 220°C.
