- A valid New World CLUB membership card must be presented to enjoy the offer (“Parking Offer”).
- Terms and conditions in respect of New World Tower Parking offer for New World CLUB members:
- Parking Offer
- By using the Parking Offer as set out in clause 2 below, each New World CLUB member (the “Member”) is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Parking Offer.
2.1 Day-Park
For DIAMOND and VIVA memberships:
- From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, every Monday to Friday (except Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays) from 8:00am to 7:00pm, a Member who enters New World Tower Car Park can enjoy 20% discount to the prevailing Day-Park rate (currently at HK$280 and subject to revision from time to time) (the “Day-Park Offer”) by presenting his or her original and valid New World CLUB Card to Urban Parking Limited (“Urban Parking”), the Carpark Manager for registration.
For DIAMOND membership:
- From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, Monday to Friday 5:30pm – 7:00am on the next day; Saturday from 12:30 pm to 7:00am on the next day (all except Public Holidays), a Member who enters New World Tower Car Park can enjoy:
- Two-hour free parking with a minimum parking of four hours (the “Hourly Parking Offer”) by presenting his or her original and valid New World CLUB Card to Urban Parking for registration
- One-hour free parking with a minimum parking of two hours (the “Hourly Parking Offer”) by presenting his or her original and valid New World CLUB Card to Urban Parking for registration
- From 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, Monday to Friday 5:30pm – 7:00am on the next day; Saturday from 12:30 pm to 7:00am on the next day (all except Public Holidays), a Member who enters New World Tower Car Park can enjoy one hour free parking with a minimum parking of two hours (the “Hourly Parking Offer”) by presenting his or her original and valid New World CLUB Card to Urban Parking for registration.
Other Terms and Conditions
- The Participants shall strictly comply with all the other terms and conditions relating to New World Tower Car Park as adopted and/or changed by Urban Parking from time to time.
- Place for Registration
- Registration for the Parking Offer (“Registration”) shall be carried out at the Shroff Office on 2/F of New World Tower or any other counter(s) as Urban Parking may designate from time to time.
- Private Cars Only
- The Parking Offer is applicable only to private cars that enter New World Tower Car Park according to the time records of Urban Parking Limited.
- Overtime Parking
- The Parking Offer for each day is not cumulative. A Member whose parking exceeds the time limit of the Parking Offer shall pay the applicable parking fee.
- No Exchange
- The Parking Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
- Revision of the Parking Offer
- The Registered Owner, New World Tower Company Limited has the right to revise the content of the Parking Offer at any time without any prior notice.
- Power to Terminate
- New World Tower Company Limited is entitled to suspend, terminate or cancel the Parking Offer at any time without any prior notice.
- General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Parking Offer
- Amendment
- New World Tower Company Limited has the right to amend any Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
- Interpretation
- New World Tower Company Limited has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of New World Tower Company Limited shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- English Version Prevails
- The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- Governing Laws
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
